Another one bites the dust when it comes to the Japanese broadcast status of notorious NSFW anime Interspecies Reviewers. This time it’s Sun TV out of Kobe, which has officially suspended further broadcasts of the show on its station.
This comes after a previous cancelation by Tokyo MX, leaving just one Japanese TV station still carrying the show. That station is KBS Kyoto, which has the show in its 2:10am slot as part of its late-night Sunday block of programming. As for paid/satellite stations, Interspecies Reviewers can still be found on BS11 and in uncensored form on AT-X.
The latest cancelation notice comes once again from the official Interspecies Reviewers Twitter account, which said pretty much the same thing as last time:
“Regarding the suspension of Interspecies Reviewers’ broadcast on Sun TV:
Due to the circumstances of [Sun TV parent company] Sun Television Corporation, further broadcasts of the Interspecies Reviewers on Sun TV will be suspended.
– Interspecies Reviewers Production Committee”
