Ayaka Sasaki from the idol group Momoiro Clover Z has been hospitalized for right peripheral facial nerve paralysis. She went into the hospital on Friday, the group officially made the announcement on Saturday, and as far as we know Sasaki is still in the hospital and under observation.
Momoiro Clover Z was supposed to perform a live concert titled “Momokuro Natsu no Panorama Jigoku 2021 ~Survive~” on August 1, but that has been delayed so that Sasaki can concentrate on her healthcare. A new date for the concert has not been revealed as of this time, probably because we need to see what happens first.
You might recognize the idol group from singing theme songs for Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’, Pokémon: Black and White, Bodacious Space Pirates, and Chibi Maruko-chan.
