Lately at every convention Otaku USA attends, we’ve been holding an informal cosplay photo contest at our booth. Cosplayers passing by can sign up, get their pictures taken immediately, and continue on their way around the convention halls, and then the entries are posted online a short time later. Once the judges have made their decisions, the top 5 entrants get a free subscription to the magazine.

Here’s the first batch of our entries from Anime Expo 2008, held scarecely 2 weeks ago. Because we had so many entries, we have to divide them into batches and post them gradually. If you entered and you don’t see your picture here, don’t worry, it will probably be included in the next batch of pictures posted in a few days! Stay tuned for more pictures, and enjoy.
