Tiger and Bunny Finally Gets a TV Anime Sequel in 2022

It’s been nearly a decade since the debut of the first Tiger and Bunny anime, but it’s finally getting a sequel series. A new anime was revealed via the franchise’s official website, with the simply-titled Tiger and Bunny 2 currently aiming for a 2022 premiere.
Tiger and Bunny 2 will kick off after the events of the Tiger and Bunny: The Rising anime film, with lead cast members Hiroaki Hirata (Kotetsu T. Kaburagi/Wild Tiger) and Masakazu Morita (Barnaby Brooks Jr.) reprising their roles. Key staff will also be returning, including character designer Masakazu Katsura. Mitsuko Kase will helm the series, with Masafumi Nishida on series composition.
Now… to wait until 2022! Who’s excited for more Tiger and Bunny?
