World Trigger Manga on Hiatus Because of Creator’s Health

Daisuke Ashihara has been dealing with health issues, and it’s getting in the way of the release schedule for World Trigger. The manga’s latest chapter was missing in the March issue of Jump SQ, and it’ll also be missing in the May issue.

We’ve been assured more than once that Ashihara is not dealing with COVID-19, though the exact illness has not be specified. However, we’re told that Ashihara is now recovering.

We wish the creator a safe and restful recovery!
