A new English-subtitled trailer for TRIGUN STAMPEDE made its way online today thanks to TOHO animation, who took the opportunity to preview the opening and ending themes and reveal a premiere date. Anime studio Orange is handling the new take on Yasuhiro Nightow’s creation, and it officially begins on January 7.
The opening theme is “TOMBI” by Kvi Baba, and the ending theme is “Hoshi no Kuza α” by Salyu and composer Haruka Nakamura.

The TRIGUN STAMPEDE staff includes director Kenji Muto (episodes of Land of the Lustrous) and concept designer and character designer Kouji Tajima. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka voices Vash the Stampede alongside Tomoyo Kurosawa as Young Vash, Junya Ikeda as Knives Millions, Yumiri Hanamori as Young Knives and Maaya Sakamoto as Rem Saverem.
The series will stream on Crunchyroll as it airs worldwide excluding Asia, but including the Philippines, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
