TRIGUN STAMPEDE Anime Adds Genki Muro to Cast

Another new cast member has been revealed for TRIGUN STAMPEDE, studio Orange’s ongoing CG anime adaptation of Yasuhiro Nightow’s manga. The latest is Genki Muro (Dom in BEASTARS), who will start his role as Livio the Double Fang in episode 6.

The TRIGUN STAMPEDE staff includes director Kenji Muto (episodes of Land of the Lustrous) and concept designer and character designer Kouji Tajima. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka voices Vash the Stampede alongside Tomoyo Kurosawa as Young Vash, Junya Ikeda as Knives Millions, Yumiri Hanamori as Young Knives and Maaya Sakamoto as Rem Saverem. 

The series started streaming on Crunchyroll January 7 worldwide excluding Asia, but including the Philippines, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. 

Synopsis:

Vash the Stampede’s a joyful gunslinging pacifist, so why does he have a $$6 million bounty on his head? That’s what’s puzzling rookie reporter Meryl Stryfe and her jaded veteran partner when looking into the vigilante only to find someone who hates blood. But their investigation turns out to uncover something heinous—his evil twin brother, Millions Knives.
