Are you ready to Strike the Blood again?
Strike the Blood III, the latest sequel in the striking anime franchise, is on the way, and we’ve got a new look via a visual released today.
The visual shows three characters familiar to Strike the Blood fans, Yukina Himeragi, Kojo Akatsuki and Asagi Aiba.
Attendees to Comic Market, which takes place this weekend in Tokyo, will be able to receive the visual on a paper fan, and have the chance to buy some Strike the Blood merch, like a T-shirt and clear file.
Strike the Blood III will be helmed by Hideyo Yamamoto, who directed both the original TV series (2013) and its OVA sequels, the most recent of which wrapped up last year.

The fourth Progenitor is the most powerful vampire once thought to exist only in the world of legends. Yet when it appears in Japan, the government for some reason chooses an apprentice “sword shaman”, Yukina Himeragi, to observe and obliterate it. Bewildered by the disproportionate task and its specific details, Yukina arrives at the Demon District of Itogami-jima to watch Akatsuki Kojo, and a student at a private high school on Itogami-jima.
