Masami Kurumada, creator of the classic Saint Seiya manga, is teasing something new. As revealed in the December issue of Akita Shoten’s Champion RED magazine, Kurumada has a “shocking new project” on the way, and it’s set to debut in the magazine’s February 2022 issue.
That issue hits stands in Japan on December 18, so we’re just a couple months away from finding out what’s so shocking about this new project. It follows the conclusion of Kurumada’s Otoko-Zaka manga, which the author announced as ending in its 11th volume after initially remaining incomplete for nearly three decades.
