Death Stranding’s Hideo Kojima Nabs World Records for Social Media Followers

There’s a Guinness World Record for almost everything you could possibly imagine, and Death Stranding creator Hideo Kojima recently nabbed a couple for himself. Hot on the heels of the release of his first game after leaving Konami, Kojima has set records for being the most followed game director on both Instagram and Twitter.

As of November 10, his English Twitter account (@HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN) had over 2,283,000 followers, and his Instagram (@hideo_kojima) was nearing a million at over 919,000 followers.
