The Titan’s Bride anime is getting an English dub through Ascendent Animation, the company that has acquired the nine-episode series.
Actors have not yet been announced, but some members of the staff have. Kiba Walker, the President and COO of Ascendant Animation, is directing and adapting the script. K. Cornell Kellum is executive producer, and Steve Warky Nunez’s responsibilities are for audio engineering and mixing.
“I think The Titan’s Bride is a story that needs to be brought into the mainstream,” Walker remarked in a press release, “in addition to getting rid of the taboo of LGBT stories and themes being shown in the limelight. Yes, it’s a mature story but I think hardcore BL and fantasy fans will love what we do with the dub.”
The scheduled date of the release was not revealed.
