Knights of Sidonia: The Star Where Love is Spun hits Japanese theaters May 14, but moviegoers don’t have to wait that long to see the opening. The first several minutes of the movie has been released on YouTube as a teaser. It’s in Japanese, but you can still get a load of the action even if you don’t speak it.

The movie will be different from the manga, but the original mangaka Tsutomu Nihei is involved in the project and working as a supervisor. The story occurs a decade after what happened in the anime and is meant to finish the series. The original manga is published in America by Vertical.
