Sanrio’s Harmonyland Park Is Getting Into the Halloween Spirit

Sanrio recently got a creepy makeover with cute toys you can disembowel, but the kawaii company isn’t done with its flair for gross/cute stuff. Sanrio’s theme park Harmonyland is getting all decked out for Halloween.

According to the Japanese site grape, the Halloween theme rolled out last Friday and will continue through October 31. There will be Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty dressed up in costumes (in other words, a costume over a costume) who will pose with you for pictures. They’ve also set up various Halloween scenes around the park, like a Hello Kitty Jack-o-Lantern and Hello Kitty ghost, which are primed for selfies or just regular pictures.

If you really like the costumes, they’re selling keychains of the Sanrio characters in their Halloween outfits for about $7 so you can keep your memories.

And if Sanrio characters doing Halloween isn’t scary enough, remember, there’s always the haunted toilet.
