A brand-new trailer has dropped for the live-action Chinese movie Dynasty Warriors. Dynasty Warriors is based on the video game of the same name from Japanese company KOEI, and the video game in turn is inspired by The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, written by Chinese writer Luo Guanzhong. The trailer is in Chinese and includes English subtitles.
Dynasty Warriors will release in Hong Kong on April 29, and then in Mainland China a day later. It has experienced several delays in being released, but it appears as if things are all clear now.
The most recent game in the franchise, Dynasty Warriors 9, came out in 2018.
