The sixth project in the Steins;Gate 10th anniversary project is undeniably a silly one, but it’s also charming… because it introduces Hello Kitty into the science adventure world. Sanrio has teamed up with the visual novel for a Hello Kitty x Steins;Gate collaboration known as “Chance Encounter of Goldich Party,” which introduces a new bonus game and throws some new goods into the mix.
It’s all in Japanese, but you can check out the four parts of Hello Kitty’s introduction to the lab on the official website. You can also see her in some new artwork from Huke below.
Time will tell whether or not Hello Kitty will become an official lab member in the future. For now, collaboration merchandise is planned, with more details to come later.
