One of the reveals at AnimeJapan 2021 was that mangaka Natsuki Takaya is making twelve special drawings of characters that will air during the credits of Fruits Basket the Final. While we’ve been told to expect such characters as Yuki, Kyo, and Akito Sohma, so far we’ve just been able to glimpse the illustration of Tohru Honda.
If you live in Japan, you will also be able to see these illustrations at Cheer fancle café, beginning April 6, the day after Fruits Basket the Final debuts in Japan. Fruits Basket publisher Hakusensha is in charge of this café, which is why there’s that connection.
The first episode of the series’ English dub is already available on Funimation.
