Final Fantasy VII Hits iOS Today

Square Enix’s full remake of Final Fantasy VII is a long ways away right now, but if you’re hankering to relive the journey of Cloud and co.—or try it out for the first time—the fan-favorite launches on iOS devices today.

The port of the PC version will arrive along with the next Apple Store update, so keep your peepers peeled for that. Features of the iOS version include touch controls and the ability to turn off random encounters, which is certainly interesting when it comes to a game like this.
