Earlier this year it was revealed that the Date A Live IV anime will be premiering this April, and now we’ve narrowed down that timing. In addition to showing off an exciting new visual, the series officially announced plans to kick off its Japanese broadcast on April 8.

Date A Live season 4 has Jun Nakagawa returning to the series after helming the Date A Bullet anime films. Fumihiko Shimo (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid) is on series composition, Naoto Nakamura returns as character designer, and Go Sakabe is handling the music.

The first three seasons of Date A Live are currently available to stream on Crunchyroll, which describes the series like so:
Ordinary high school boy Shido discovers a mysterious girl at ground zero of a recent spacequake. Shido learns, through his sister Kotori, that the girl is one of the Spirits: mystical creatures responsible for the spacequakes. Shido is recruited to help “seal” the sprits and end their threat to mankind. There’s just one catch: the only way to seal a spirit—is to make her fall in love with you.
