The weekend of July 4-5 is going to be a packed one for anime fans. In addition to the likes of Anime Expo Lite, Aniplex has its own virtual convention on the way in the form of Aniplex Online Fest. There’s a bunch of online content planned, including panels with guests from the Sword Art Online anime, Magia Record, and much more.
The event will stream on YouTube, mixing in talks with staff and cast members from popular Aniplex series with previously-recorded live shows from a variety of musical artists. Kicking things off on Saturday, July 4 at 10:00am PT is the Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld THE LAST SEASON online panel, with special guests Manabu Ono and Ai Kayano. Right after that is a special program for the 10th anniversary of Sword Art Online featuring composer Yuki Kajiura and the music of SAO.
Other panels will cover Magia Record, the upcoming Warlords of Sigrdrifa anime, SUPER HXEROS (AKA Dokyuu Hentai HxEROS), KAGUYA-SAMA: LOVE IS WAR, and beyond.
