The anime movie Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc will hit Japanese theaters next month, on September 19, and North American theaters the month after, on October 29. But that’s not the only Chainsaw Man movie in the pipeline, it turns out. There is also Chainsaw Man – The Compilation Part I and Part II, which, as the titles indicate, are compilation films that come in two parts.
It won’t just be compiling major story points from the Chainsaw Man anime, though. It will also include Chainsaw Days, consisting of anime adaptations of extra manga chapters (or “omake” in Japanese).
Chainsaw Man – The Compilation Part I and Part II will be on the Japanese big screen on September 5. While there is so far no word of it being in American theaters, Crunchyroll has announceed it will stream both movie compilations. It didn’t give us an exact date, but said it would be sometime in September.
Crunchyroll will stream it in the following territories: North America, South America, Central America, Europe, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The people behind the franchise also shared that the Reze Arc movie will be available in IMAX theaters in Japan, which led to this special illustration being released.

VIZ Media publishes the original Chainsaw Man manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, and gave this description for the first volume:
Chainsaw Man Plot
