If you stuck around for the end credits in the first Sonic the Hedgehog movie, you were treated to an awesome tease of what’s to come. Tails made a brief appearance at the end of the blockbuster, and now he’s made his way into the logo for the sequel, which is officially titled Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Hey, why mess with a perfect title?
The next outing for the Blue Blur has director Jeff Fowler returning along with Pat Casey and Josh Miller once again on the screenplay. The current plan is to zip this one into theaters on April 8, 2022, so prepare yourself with the Tails-style logo to the tune of some classic Sonic jams below.
