Which Dragon Ball Super Inspired Shoes Do You Want to Wear?

It’s not uncommon to get special footwear in Japan that references otaku franchises (Gundam sneakers, anyone?), but it’s more rare for these things to make it in America. However, the sportswear company FILA is coming out with a limited edition set of shoes inspired by Dragon Ball Super.

The shoes were first shown to the public at New York Comic Con, and they’ll be hitting stores come December 21. In America and Canada they’ll be sold at Footaction, Champs Sports, Foot Locker, and Kids Foot Locker. The shoes all come in boxes that include an image of their associated character on the inside lid.

First up, let’s take a look at the shoes inspired by the franchise’s hero, Goku. It’s orange for his iconic outfit, gold for his Super Saiyan hair, and blue for his sash.

If you want something a little different but still Goku-related, there’s also the option of the Super Goku Black.

But it’s not all about Goku. Here is the design of Super Vegeta, prince of all Saiyans. (As a joke they could have made their Vegeta shoes pink for the time he begrudgingly wore a pink shirt in Dragon Ball Z, but instead they opted to go for the blue of his more typical look.)

Frieza also gets his own shoes, and they’re specifically associated with Golden Frieza.

Like his father, Super Trunks also gets in on the shoe action.

And we get really purple for Super Beerus.

Last but not least, we have a very brightly colored shoe for Super Shenron.

The shoes range in price. They’re available for both adult men and for kids, and the kids’ shoe prices range from $65 to $90. The men’s shoe prices range from $75 to $100.

Are these shoes you’d be interested in wearing? If so, which would you pick?
