Two Classic Mamoru Hosoda Anime Films Are Coming to 4K UHD

GKIDS is expanding its 4K UHD anime offerings with the announcement of two classic Mamoru Hosoda films. A series of new issues is getting ready to begin with the 4K UHD home video debut of Summer Wars (2009) and Wolf Children (2012), with the former set to arrive first on April 1, 2025.
Wolf Children will follow on August 5.
Both films will be available with brand new artwork in a 4K UHD SteelBook version, as well as a standard Blu-ray and a digital release on download-to-own platforms. You can see the cover designs below.
