A new Shinkalion anime series was announced in December, and now the premiere is exactly one month away. Shinkalion Change the World revealed plans to debut in Japan on April 7, 2024 in the second full trailer, which also previews GReeeeN’s theme song, “Senkou Hayabusa” (“Lightning Flash Falcon”).

Shinkalion Change the World is being directed by Kenichiro Komaya, with Eiji Umehara overseeing scripts and Shiori Asaka on character designs along with Niina Morita. Akira Kirishiki is in charge of mechanical designs for the Signal.MD and Production I.G project.
The first entry in the series, Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion The Animation, aired from January 2018 to June 2019 for a total of 76 episodes, followed by a feature film in December 2019. Since then there has been a second TV anime, Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z, which aired in Japan from April 2021 to March 2022 for 41 episodes.
