Professor Layton’s Daughter Takes the Reins in Lady Layton

Game developer Level-5, the folks behind the popular Professor Layton puzzler series, are back with another addition to the franchise, but this time around, the character in charge is the professor’s daughter Katrielle Layton, who is, as the title suggests, a lady.

Lady Layton’s case involves looking for her disappeared pops as well as taking up other detectiving odd jobs in the new 3DS/smartphone game, which is entitled Lady Layton: The Conspiracy of King Millionaire Ariadne.

The game is set to launch in spring 2017, and starts as the titular lady When Marnie Was There’s Kasumi Arimura. Check out the trailer below and prepare to act all lady-like on 3DS, iOS and Android next spring.
