The movie Shin Ultraman (translated as New Ultraman) will not be coming out in early summer, as previously reported. Studio Khara revealed that COVID-19 has caused the film to be bumped back, though it didn’t specify the new slated release.
Still, they also released a new trailer, giving fans more of a tease even as they have to wait longer.
The movie stars Takumi Saitou, Masami Nagasawa and Hidetoshi Nishijima, and is directed by Shinji Higuchi, with Evangelion‘s Hideaki Anno taking care of scripting.
