The new Detective Conan movie—Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet—has its sights set on a worldwide release. Those plans are reflected in the latest trailer for the 24th Conan feature, which is set to launch in 22 countries/regions around the world simultaneously with Japan on April 16, 2021.
This follows a delay that pushed it from its original April 17, 2020 premiere all the way to this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to Japan, the regions that can look forward to catching this particular film at the same time are Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and France.
