Fans of the Naruto manga will be happy to know that series creator Masashi Kishimoto is now hard at work on his next project. During a Weekly Shonen Jump press conference, editor-in-chief Hiroyuki Nakano confirmed that Kishimoto’s new manga will be a serialization, and that production is currently under way.
Nakano also revealed that a one-shot story is in the works from Bleach author Tite Kubo. More details on that and the new serialized project from Masashi Kishimoto should be revealed this spring.
In the meantime, a new one-shot called Build King, from Toriko author Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro, is set to debut in this year’s combined issue 21/22 of Shonen Jump, which hits stands in Japan on April 23. It looks like a serialization will follow at some point after, and you can see some art below.
