When the JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 prequel film opens in Japan on December 24, fans will also have the opportunity to watch it on the biggest screen possible. TOHO announced plans to screen the movie in IMAX theaters on the same day as its normal opening, and a new visual is here to go along with the news in appropriately wide-eyed style.
So far, JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 has been confirmed to run in 418 theaters throughout Japan. Check out the up-close-and-personal new visual below.
VIZ Media published the JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 manga in North America and describes it:
Yuta Okkotsu is a nervous high school student who is suffering from a serious problem—his childhood friend Rika has turned into a Curse and won’t leave him alone. Since Rika is no ordinary Curse, his plight is noticed by Satoru Gojo, a teacher at Jujutsu High, a school where fledgling exorcists learn how to combat Curses. Gojo convinces Yuta to enroll, but can he learn enough in time to confront the Curse that haunts him?
If you missed it, the movie is also inspiring a novel adaptation.
