3-Nen Z-Gumi Ginpachi-Sensei (translated as Class 3-Z’s Teacher Ginpachi) is a Gintama spinoff light novel series by Tomohito Ōsaki, and it’s getting an anime adaptation in October next year! This was announced during the livestream Gintama Channel 4th Year Anniversary & Gintoki Sakata Sudden Emergence Anniversary 2024.
This video was released for it, and it mostly shows a sign outside of a classroom and some work-in-progress sketches.

Another trailer, which will probably show a lot more, is scheduled to drop on December 21 during Jump Festa 2025.

The Class 3-Z’s Teacher Ginpachi light novels have not been licensed in America. However, shorts based on them have appeared at the conclusion of some Gintama anime episodes. The spinoff takes place at Gintama High School and concentrates on Ginpachi Sakata, who is a teacher.
Class 3-Z’s Teacher Ginpachi is being made at BN Pictures, with Natsumi Higashida (an episode director for Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun) helming the project as director. The people handling series composition are Kazuyuki Fudeyasu of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and Mitei Mark II.
Here’s what we know of the cast: Tomokazu Sugita plays Ginpachi Sakata, Daisuke Sakaguchi plays Shinpachi Shimura, Rie Kugimiya plays Kagura, Satsuki Yukino plays Tae Shimura, Susumu Chiba plays Isao Kondo, Kazuya Nakai plays Toshiro Hijikata, Kenichi Suzumura plays Sogo Okita, Tetsuharu Ohta plays Sagaru Yamazaki, Yū Kobayashi plays Ayame Sarutobi, Akira Ishida plays Kotaro Katsura, Takehito Koyasu plays Shinsuke Takasugi, and Satoshi Hino plays Kamui.
VIZ Media publishes the original Gintama manga (which it spells as Gin Tama) by Hideaki Sorachi and gave this description for the first volume:
