With the Sasuke’s Story arc closing out, it’s time to look ahead to what’s next for the main storyline of the Boruto anime. Next up for BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS is the Code’s Assault arc, and a new key visual has arrived featuring Kara member Eida front and center in her first appearance.
Based on the sequel to Masashi Kishimoto’s hit Naruto manga, the Boruto manga has been running since May 9, 2016, first with Ukyo Kodachi writing and Mikio Ikemoto illustrating before Kishimoto took over writing duties in 2020. Pierrot’s BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS anime currently streams on Crunchyroll, which sums up the story like so:
