Evangelion The Real 4D is, you may recall, an upcoming attraction at Universal Studios Japan that promises to immerse guests into the world of Evangelion. It’s set to open alongside Attack on Titan, Resident Evil and Monster Hunter events as part of USJ’s Cool Japan event starting this January.
This week USJ teased us all with a quick video preview of the Evangelion ride, and it’s looking prettttty sweet.

Evangelion The Real 4D is the first of its kind for Eva. In the story, the audience members are civilians in Tokyo-3 seeking refuge from an Angel attack who get thrown into the middle of the action as Eva-01 battles the Angel.
The attraction runs from January 23 to May 10.
