A new one-shot was previously announced for Haruichi Furudate’s Haikyu!! manga, and now the volleyball boys have a return date. As revealed in this year’s 20th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, the special 19-page installment will debut in the magazine’s next issue when it hits stands in Japan on April 25.
The Haikyu!! manga one-shot will follow up with Shoyo Hinata and the rest of the characters to see what they’re up to now.
Furudate’s manga originally launched in Jump back in 2011, and came to an end in July 2020, with the publication of the 45th and final volume following in November of the same year. Here’s how VIZ Media describes the series:
