If you’re a fan of The Quintessential Quintuplets, based on the manga by Negi Haruba, you’ll want to take a moment to relive some of the scenes from the anime in a special music video. The CD single for the OP theme song, “Gotoubun no Katachi,” and the ED song, “Hatsukoi,” hit stores in Japan on Wednesday, so Pony Canyon’s official anime YouTube channel is celebrating with a spirited video for the former.
Both the OP and the ED were sung by the anime’s five main voice cast members for the Nakano sisters: Kana Hanazawa (Ichika), Ayana Taketatsu (Nino), Miku Ito (Miku), Ayane Sakura (Yotsuba), and Inori Minase (Itsuki). Enjoy some past footage from the adaptation in the full four-minute music video below.

Negi Haruba’s original manga came to an end around this time last year. The manga is published in English by Kodansha, which describes it like this:
Five girls who want to do anything but study, and their tutor: A high school boy who’s got book smarts and not much else. Futaro Uesugi took the tutoring gig because he was desperate for cash, but when his students–the five beautiful daughters of a wealthy businessman–find five times the excuses to slack off, what can he do?! At this rate, the sisters won’t graduate, so if he wants to get paid, Futaro must think of a plan to suit each of them… Which feels hopeless when five out of five of them think he’s a loser!
