The Media Blasters Twitter page is giving us some nice extras for the anime Kite. The first is part of an interview with writer and director Yasuomi Umetsu that you can get on the Blu-ray.
“I’ve had a piece I’ve wanted to do since my twenties,” Umetsu revealed about his inspiration. “And I was hoping there was a chance to do it with this offer. . . . I wanted to make a story focusing on an assassin in Japan.”

The second video is from Kite Liberator’s premiere at the 20th Tokyo International Film Festival. This anime is also available on the Blu-ray. In this video, Umetsu is joined by actor Rikiya Koyama and they talk about it being their first time at the film festival.
