Opening Streamed for ID-0, New Series from Geass Director

March 27, 2017 April is almost upon us, meaning it’s time to choose what series from the new season look promising.
Fans of Code Geass might want to add this to their list: ID-0, the new sci-fi anime from director Goro Taniguchi who, aside from Geass, also helmed Planetes, Maria the Virgin Witch and Active Raid.
The opening for ID-0, which premieres April 9, shows off the series’ CG animation and theme song by Sayaka Sasaki, titled, appropriately enough, “ID-0.”
The series, which is about robots that can operate in extreme conditions (sounds kind of Planetes-esque), will stream on Netflix.
