We may be looming over an age of anime fandom that isn’t universally familiar with Gainax’s now-classic Neon Genesis Evangelion, but the Rebuild films are continuing to make sure that doesn’t remain the case for very long. Even if the themes of the series don’t interest you right off the bat, the mech action and psycho-drama should do the trick.
