The second season of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! debuts in Japan on October 8. With the countdown going, Kadokawa shared both a preview of the first episode and the opening theme song sans credits.

Here is the opening theme song. It’s called “Ichigro Ichie Celebration” (translated as “Once-in-a-Lifetime Celebration”) and is performed by Kano and Uzaki-chan’s voice actress Naomi Ozora.
Meanwhile, the ending theme song is called “Happy Life” and is performed by VTuber singing unit MKLNtic.
The new season has an official name of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! ω (or Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! ω in Japanese). The “ω” in the title is said as “double.”
Looking toward information on the crew, the assistant director is Shin’ichi Fukumoto, the chief animation directors are Masahiko Suzuki, Shinpei Koikawa and Manabu Kurihara, and music is being done by Satoshi Igarashi, Tatsuya Yano, Yuri Morita, and Naoki Tani (HANO).
Seven Seas is publishing the original manga by Take in English. They gave this description for the series:
“A sexy slice-of-life comedy about an introverted college student and his buxom, bubbly classmate–now with an anime!
Sakurai Shinichi’s one wish is for a little peace and quiet. But Uzaki Hana–his boisterous, well-endowed underclassman–has other plans. All she wants is to hang out and poke fun at him. The manga began coming out in 2017, and three years later the anime had its debut. The first season of the anime consists of twelve episodes and it was streamed by Funimation.
