Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! Gets Dub Announcements

Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! is a shonen comedy that debuted in Japan this summer and has been quite a success. FUNimation has been hard at work on the dub, and yesterday they revealed part of their cast and crew.

Ricco Fajardo of My Hero Academia and Dr. STONE has been cast as Sakurai Shinichi, and voice over veteran Monica Rial (the Dragon Ball franchise, Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece) nabbed Uzaki-chan herself.

On the crew side, Mikala Vallemo is ADR Director, Kellen Voss is ADR Engineer, Rawly Pickens is Mix Engineer, Jeramey Kraatz is ADR Script Supervisor, and Jessica Cavanagh is ADR Script Writer.

FUNimation has Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! streaming on their site, and the English debut begins today, with the first episode available dubbed. The other nine episodes are available subtitled-only at the moment.
