It’s been a long ride for the Uncle from Another World anime, which has been hit with numerous COVID-related delays during the course of its run. That ride is finally coming to an end with the Japanese broadcast of the anime’s 13th episode, and with it comes a final key visual from the series’ official Twitter accounts.

Shigeki Kawai directs Uncle from Another World at anime production house Atelier Pontdarc. Global Netflix streaming kicked off on July 20, 2022.

Seventeen years ago, Takafumi’s uncle fell into a coma, but now he’s back like a man risen from his grave.
