A retro game collector in Japan known as @corner_mask on Twitter showed off his collection of 1,053 Nintendo Famicom cartridges. That’s every game commercially released for the Nintendo Famicom, the console that made its way to the west as the Nintendo Entertainment System! He shared some images of his collection online:

The collector spent almost ten years ramping up the whole collection. In total, he estimates he spent about three million yen, which is approximately $27,250. The most expensive game for him was Battle Rush: Build Up Robot Tournament, and it cost about 200,000 yen (around $1,816). And he wouldn’t buy games in crummy shape and missing things — all of his games come in their original boxes, with the original instruction manuals.
