The Klutzy Witch Anime Film Unveils New Visual

the klutzy witch

Back in December we got a premiere date for The Klutzy Witch, an anime film adaptation of Satoko Narita’s children’s book series that’s in the works at Production I.G. Now another update is here to reveal the full main key visual for the big screen outing, which promises plenty of adventure as you’ll see below.

The Klutzy Witch opens in Japan on March 31.

Takayuki Hamana (The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed by Light) is directing the feature, with Kiyoko Yoshimura (takt op.Destiny) handling the script and Marumi Sugita (chief animation director on Asteroid in Love) on character designs.

POPLAR publishes The Klutzy Witch series in English and describes it like so:

Fuka, a little witch, is training to be a better witch like her mother, a queen of Silver Castle. She is a lively girl and cares about her friends, but she gets into trouble sometimes. Karin, a princess of Green Castle, is Fuka’s best friend; and Chitose, a prince of Blue Castle, is her friend from childhood. Fuka goes to the Wood of Wolf to look for a tunnel with them, but they find a hole instead. This is an exciting story of adventure and friendship. It’s the first in the series.
