A TV anime adaptation was initially revealed for the Sweet Reincarnation light novel series—by Nozomu Koryu and Yasuyuki Syuri—back in August, and now we have a delicious first trailer. The series is set to premiere in July 2023, and you can see the preview along with five more cast additions below.
New cast members include:
- Hiroshi Tsuchida as Casserole
- Rumi Okubo as Josephine
- Yu Wakabayashi as Sheets
- Kaya Okuno as Petra
- Wataru Kato as Square
J-Novel Club publishes the English version of the manga adaptation by Iida Seriko and Midori Tomizawa, describing the series like so:
Pastry Mille Morteln, age 9, is both his father’s heir and the reincarnation of an unfulfilled pastry chef. While he dreams of a land filled with sweet treats, there’s a lot to be done first!
