Shin Ultraman boasts Evangelion‘s Hideaki Anno as producer, planner and screenplay writer, with Shinji Higuchi (live-action Attack on Titan, Shin Godzilla) at the helm for the May 13 production. Starting tomorrow, two new visuals will be on display in theaters across Japan, and you can see both of them above and below.
The tagline for the film is “Imagination and Romance. And Friendship.” The main poster below features Takumi Saito as Shinji Kaminaga, the protagonist who will become Ultraman. The visual above also marks the first time the feature film’s Ultraman has shown the back of his costume.
