Sailor Moon Director Reveals Amazing Twins Anime

We recently posted about Sailor Moon director Junichi Sato teasing a mysterious “new heroine” project, and now we know a little more about the “foolish action girl” in question. With the end of the countdown timer, the project has been revealed as an OVA called Amazing Twins.

In addition to Junichi Sato—who also helmed series like Aria and Magical Doremi and created Kaleido Star and Princess Tutu—Amazing Twins will also feature production by Encourage Films (Ontama), writing by the prolific Mari Okada (Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, Black Butler), and character designs by Disgaea‘s Takehito Harada.
