While everyone is getting sucked into Re:ZERO season two, series creator Tappei Nagatsuki has another project on the way to the small screen. Nagatsuki’s latest is an original TV anime titled Warlords of Sigrdrifa, which is scheduled to premiere in Japan this October following a delay. Ahead of that, we have a new promo and cast updates.

Akari Nanawo is on the opening theme, “Higher’s High,” and Spira Spica is on the ending theme, “Sayonara Namida.”
The A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online) production has Hirotaka Tokuda (animation director and episode director on Record of Grancrest War) making his debut as full director. Takumi Yokota is on character designs, and Shigeo Komori and Hajime Hyakkoku are back again on music after working on K-ON! together.
