Pokémon Fighter Pokkén Tournament Adds Blaziken

Pokémon fighting game Pokkén Tournament made its debut in Japanese arcades this week, and while the initial selection of playable fighters is limited, more are on the way. Pokkén Tournament lets players play as Lucario, Machamp, Suicune, Gardevoir, Pikachu, Gengar, Weavile, and Charizard—with Emolga, Fennekin, Snivy, Frogadier, Eevee, Lapras, Whimsicott, and Jirachi currently confirmed as supports.

Now another playable character has been announced, with Blaziken set to fight his way into the arcade version sometime in August. There’s no specific date at the moment, but Blaziken will be added to the roster via an update, and you can see it in action below.
