Shortly after the arrival of the 100th volume of the manga, One Piece episode 1000 is right around the corner! With the great battle between the Straw Hats and Beast Pirates on Onigashima to look forward to, Toei Animation decided to get everyone ready with the piece of teaser art above.
One Piece episode 1000 is set to air this November. The series’ simulcast runs every Saturday, with Crunchyroll streaming at 7:00pm Pacific Time.
Producer Hiroaki Shibata recently commented on the milestone, saying, “I want to make the story of the 1000th episode enjoyable, to strike a chord with the viewers who have been watching from the beginning … We will continue to show episodes that we do not want you to miss. We will do our best to make it more exciting as we approach the climax at the end.”
