Nanana’s Buried Treasure Anime Gets New Promo

Nanana’s Buried Treasure—an anime series from A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online) and director Kanta Kamei (Bunny Drop)—is coming to Fuji TV’s late-night noitaminA block in April. The series features Rui Tanabe (Cecil in Wizard Barristers) as Nanana Ryūgajō and Yuuki Ono (Kyūma in Valvrave the Liberator) as Jūgo Yama, with Hideyuki Kurata (Samurai Flamenco, OreImo) on series composition.

Here’s a quick look at the upcoming show:

The titular treasure belongs, naturally, to Nanana, a ghost who was previously a beautiful but NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) girl. Jūgo is a boy who was disowned by his father and forced to transfer to a high school on an artificial island known as a “Special Student Zone.” It’s there that he happens to move into a low-rent apartment haunted by Nanana. Jūgo embarks on a treasure hunt with the school’s adventure club in search of Nanana’s treasure and the power it holds.
