It's a super robot! No, wait, it's Masami Obari!Masami Obari wants to make a super robot anime.

That’s the word straight from the Twitter account of the famed director, who’s helmed works like Detonator Organ, Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture, Super Robot Wars Original Generation: The Inspector and more.

Obari tweeted April 12:

“I want to make a super robot anime, so I will.”

Sounds so simple!

More recently, he’s been involved with Gundam series like Iron-Blooded Orphans and Gundam Build Fighters and Divers, directing the Battlogue ONAs.

He’s also the co-founder of studio Studio G-1 Neo.

Can’t wait to see what, if anything, comes out of this!
